Our returns & exchange policy
Please read before you buy.
Exchange or credit note
- Items can be returned for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase.
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds on non-faulty items. Exchange or credit note only.
- Faulty or damaged items: please bring the item and your receipt to the Party World store within 14 days and we will replace, repair or refund it, in line with UAE consumer protection law.
Items not eligible for return, refund, exchange or credit note
- Costumes, wigs and costume accessories
- Make-up, face paint and hair sprays
- Inflated balloons
- Customised and personalised items
- Seasonal and reduced-price products

Online orders
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund to the original payment method before they are dispatched (or before balloons are inflated). Please contact customercare@partyworlddubai.ae.
- Once an order has been dispatched, eligible party supplies and uninflated balloons can only be returned to one of our stores for an exchange or credit to your online wallet, within 14 days of purchase.
- Inflated balloons that have been dispatched cannot be returned, exchanged, credited or cancelled.
- Shipping costs are not refunded or credited, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Entertainment services, party rentals, party packages and customisations cancelled more than 3 days before the event or requested date can be fully refunded to the original payment method. Cancellations 3 days or less before the event or requested date may carry a cancellation fee of 25% of the cancelled order value; the remaining amount can be credited to your online wallet.

الاستبدال أو إشعار الائتمان
- يمكن إرجاع المنتجات للاستبدال أو الحصول على إشعار ائتمان خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء.
- إشعار الائتمان صالح لمدة 6 أشهر من تاريخ إصداره.
- يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستعملة وفي عبوتها الأصلية مع الفاتورة الأصلية.
استرجاع المبالغ
- لا نقدم استرجاعاً نقدياً للمنتجات غير المعيبة. الاستبدال أو إشعار الائتمان فقط.
- المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة: يرجى إحضار المنتج والفاتورة إلى أي من فروع بارتي وورلد خلال 14 يوماً، وسنقوم باستبداله أو إصلاحه أو استرجاع قيمته وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك في دولة الإمارات.
المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو إشعار الائتمان
- الأزياء التنكرية والباروكات وإكسسواراتها
- مستحضرات المكياج وألوان الوجه وبخاخات الشعر
- البالونات بعد نفخها
- المنتجات المخصصة والمطبوعة حسب الطلب
- المنتجات الموسمية والمخفضة

الطلبات عبر الإنترنت
- يمكن إلغاء الطلبات واسترجاع المبلغ بالكامل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية قبل شحنها (أو قبل نفخ البالونات). يرجى التواصل على customercare@partyworlddubai.ae.
- بعد شحن الطلب، يمكن إرجاع مستلزمات الحفلات والبالونات غير المنفوخة المؤهلة فقط إلى أحد فروعنا مقابل استبدال أو رصيد في محفظتك الإلكترونية، خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء.
- البالونات المنفوخة التي تم شحنها لا يمكن إرجاعها أو استبدالها أو إضافة قيمتها كرصيد أو إلغاؤها.
- تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الإضافة كرصيد، إلا إذا كان المنتج معيباً أو تالفاً.
- خدمات الترفيه وتأجير الحفلات وباقات الحفلات والتخصيصات التي تُلغى قبل أكثر من 3 أيام من موعد الفعالية أو التاريخ المطلوب يمكن استرجاع قيمتها بالكامل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. الإلغاءات خلال 3 أيام أو أقل من موعد الفعالية أو التاريخ المطلوب قد تخضع لرسوم إلغاء بنسبة 25% من قيمة الطلب الملغى؛ ويمكن إضافة المبلغ المتبقي كرصيد في محفظتك الإلكترونية.
